I'm looking for some help understanding Binance's futures trading funding and settlement timestamps. I'm new to trading futures and I'm trying to understand the process.

Can anyone explain what these timestamps mean and how they affect trading? Are there different timestamps for different pairs? What fees are associated with funding and settlement?
