How do I transfer funds from my OKEx account to an external wallet ?

I am new to cryptocurrency and I am having some difficulty transferring funds from my OKEx account to an external wallet. I have been trying to figure out how to do this, but I am completely lost. I am aware that I need to have a wallet address in order to send funds, but I am unsure of the other steps that need to be taken. Can someone please provide me with some guidance on the process of transferring funds from my OKEx account to an external wallet?

Additionally, I have a few more questions that I would like answered:
- Is there a fee associated with transferring funds?
- Are there any limitations on how much I can transfer at one time?
- What are the recommended steps for securely transferring funds?
