Hello everyone!

I'm new to the crypto world and I'm looking for some help. I'm trying to learn about crypto currencies, but I'm having trouble figuring out all the different names. Are there any experienced people here who could explain the different names and acronyms used for different crypto currencies?

I know that Bitcoin is one of the most popular and well known crypto currencies, but I'm not sure what other names and acronyms might be used to refer to other crypto currencies.
